Which data we process

We only process the data you provide yourself or that is needed to run the website:

• Contact details you enter in the form or share by phone or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and house number.
• Your message: the explanation or question you send us about your home.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, to keep the website secure and working.

What we use your data for

• To contact you and answer your question.
• To arrange a survey or consultation and prepare a quote.
• To prepare and carry out the insulation work if you become a customer.

On what basis

We process your data to take steps at your request towards a possible agreement and to carry out that agreement. For keeping the website secure and working we rely on our legitimate interest.

How long we keep data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. If your request does not lead to a job, we delete your data once the contact has been concluded. If you become a customer, we keep the data as long as needed for the work and as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We do engage service providers who help us, for example with hosting the website, handling requests and email, and measuring website visits (Google Analytics). These parties process your data solely on our instructions or under their own terms, and not for purposes we do not allow.

Cookies and statistics

Our website uses functional cookies to work properly and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. In doing so, data such as your IP address is processed by Google. Which cookies we place exactly and how you can refuse them is explained in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You may ask us to view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use. Submit your request via our contact form, and we will respond as soon as possible. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
